Oven Fried Chicken Parmesan

Hello Ladies!

I guess I will start and kick things off. Recently, I made this quick and easy delicious meal for my husband Ronald. I got the recipe from my Mom, who in turn got it from the TV Food network chef Sara Moulton. This recipe is so simple and easy to make and not to mention hmmm, hmmm, good. Let me tell you, my husband was asking for seconds and thirds. So, now I frequently make this recipe for him from time to time. I just thought I would share this simple and quick meal for those of us who do not like to cook as much as I do. Enjoy ladies, and let me know how it turns out. It really tastes good with some red beans and rice, or whatever you choose. Enjoy!

1 Garlic clove
¼ pounds Butter melted
1 cup Bread Crumbs
⅓ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2½ pounds chicken cut up into pieces (I used chicken wings or chicken drummettes)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush the garlic clove and combine with 2/3 cup melted butter in a shallow baking dish. In another dish combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. First dip the chicken into the butter and then coat it in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the chicken 1 layer deep in a greased large, shallow baking pan and drizzle evenly with remaining melted butter. Bake uncovered, 1 to 1 1/4 hours until fork tender and browned.

This looks so good! I have to try this one. I always make chicken parm the regular way but this looks like a new twist that's easy. Thanks for the post.
